Why get a massage at betteru?

Our massages are designed for our clients. To deliver our best massage we listen and take in to account your pressure preference, your goals for the treatment and if you want we can explain what we are doing. This is where the “good pain” lies, because we work at a deeper level without the unnecessary pain.

Is a BetterU massage painful?

Ever heard of “Good pain”? Our treatments are tailored to the individual so we might require using a technique that might be painful but will advise when that is and whether you prefer that technique or use a different technique that is within your range of discomfort. Just let your therapist know and we will adjust the pressure.

How long do I need to book for?

For initial consultations we recommend at the very least 45m to 60m treatments. From there your therapist will assess whether the issue is a small one and requires only 30m follow ups or if it a more complex issue that requires more time.
As a general rule, if you are wanting to make a change come back within a week and a half. If you are looking to keep a change, anywhere from 2-6 weeks is good to hold a change that has been made. Your therapist will be able to give you more exact time frames once you visit.

What does a treatment cost?

All of our pricing is displayed on our online booking platform here and varies depending on location and how long you are looking to book for treatment.

We don’t have access to your health fund plans so we can’t tell you how much you will get rebated by your health fund. Best to check what level of coverage you have with your insurance.

You can enter through the lobby or the laneway between the 2 Dior stores on Castlereagh St.
We are a 3 minute walk from Martin Place Station, 4 minute walk from St James Station and 7 minute walk from Town Hall / Wynyard Station.

Norwest Remedial Massage Clinic -
Located at Q Central, opposite Norwest Private Hospital.
Once inside the big red building, go to level 2 and you will find us on the same floor as Sydney Cardiology, next door to Sydney Pain Specialists at 208a inside of Hills Allied Health.
Coming from the city you can get to the clinic using the 607/617 buses and get off at Norbrik Bus Stop or using the new Metro where the nearest stop is Bella Vista.
